Welcome to Wobble™ instructor training.

We are Rebecca Flint and Sarah Goldsack and we will be your instructors for this online course.

Together, we will explore fascinating topics related to teaching a seated exercise class using our formula. 

We are here to guide and support you in your journey to become a Wobble™ instructor.  We are extremely passionate about the importance of delivering exercise to all ages and abilites our hope is to inspire and motivate you to feel the same.
