Wobble™ Licence Agreement
Your Wobble™™ licence is EXCLUSIVE to you, it cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
The title, music, videos, log in to the site and everything belonging to Wobble™ are only to be used by you, the qualified licensed Wobble™ instructor.
Anyone who is not a licensed Wobble™ instructor is not permitted to instruct a Wobble™ class, or to use any Wobble™ material or to cover a class under your name.
Your Wobble™ licence/membership will automatically renew each year we do suggest you attend a CPD session with us at least every two years.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to return after cancellation you will have to re-book the course.
Exemptions:
For any medical or personal reasons that may lead to you needing to freeze your licence you will need to contact us and the decision will be at the discretion of the Wobble™ team.
All Wobble™ instructors are expected to adhere to the teaching instructions set out in the training manual and on the web site.
Wobble™ reserves the right to ensure this agreement is upheld and anyone not doing so may be prosecuted.
Wobble™ - Reasonable Adjustments Guidance
Aim:
To ensure candidates have unimpeded access and equal opportunities to attend Wobble™ Training courses. Wobble™ Training aims to ensure its qualifications are accessible to all individuals.
Despite the accessibility of Wobble™ Training qualifications, if a candidate with a particular requirement requires extra assistance, this will be done. In such cases, Wobble™ Training will make, or allow its providers to make reasonable adjustments for candidates with particular requirements to ensure that they can access courses and demonstrate attainment.
Common types of special requirements which Wobble™ Training are prepared to accommodate:
• A moderate hearing or visual impairment;
• A physical disability, such as that resulting in restricted mobility •
Dyslexia.
Special requirements not addressed in this policy:
If we believe that a candidate with a special requirement not listed in this document has the potential to make a competent instructor but needs a reasonable adjustment to be able to access courses, they should apply to us at info@paracise.com prior to course attendance. The student should outline the nature of the special requirement and we can discuss an appropriate adjustment.

1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of www.wobbleclasses.com ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

3.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that www.paracise.com shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
3.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website
following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to www.wobbleclasses.com or otherwise used by www.wobbleclasses.com as permitted by law.

None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. 8 SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
9 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
